#tbt to 8 months ago when I decided to improve my health. I've completely changed the unhealthy relationship I had with food and I actually enjoy exercise now! This is only the first part of my new life and I have new goals now but I'm very proud to have come this far. Big s/o to @jpzfitness for getting me started and the biggest s/o to my wife @m.mcdonough who has been with me the whole way and has made her own incredible transformation (I'm so proud of you). I never thought I could do something like this and I hope this can inspire someone else to strive for what they want. Starting weight - 260lbs. Current weight - 198lbs.
