For the fall season, I wanted to come up with a pumpkin recipe that was healthy, high in protein, and tastes great. I put together a variety of different ingredients and I am proud to say that it is easy to make and delicious! The ingredients can be seen in the photo above, but I'll post them below as well.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!

- 1/2 can of pure pumpkin (Pumpkin is high in fiber & Vitamin A)
- 1 Chobani Pumpkin Spice Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 - 1 cup of Nature's Path Pumpkin Flax Granola
- 1/3 cup of Oat Bran
- 1 scoop or packet of vanilla whey protein powder
- 10 drops of stevia
- Cinnamon
- Whipped Cream (optional)
Directions:
