Chuck's progress is inspiring to so many others and a true testament to hard work and consistency in following the training and nutrition plan that we've discussed and perfected over the past months. Due to his training and nutrition, not only has Chuck made incredible progress in terms of weight lost, but he has gained muscle mass, improved his total cholesterol levels, HDL, LDL, body fat percentage, and his hemoglobin A1C is no longer considered diabetic! Along with the physical improvements, Chuck has developed a joy for weightlifting and his passion and attention to detail has allowed him to continue to make progress each and every week.

"I have spent my life wrestling with obesity - gaining and losing weight repeatedly, cycling between 200 and 300 lbs numerous times. Nature, nurture, genes, lifestyle choices, willpower or lack of it - it all seemed hopelessly confusing and complicated. At 50 years old, I decided it was time to seek professional help in managing my weight and my health. I received guidance from a bariatric physician, a nutritionist, and a psychologist and was making good progress. But these efforts did not come into focus until I met and engaged Joe Zucchi. He provided a nutrition plan based on good nutritional practices combined with realism and moderation. But for me, his real strength is his training plan. I have now completed 30 weeks of not only weight management but body recomposition - losing fat and gaining muscle. In addition, my blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes are much improved and under excellent control.
I agree with all that has been written by others about Joe. He is smart, knowledgeable, professional, nurturing, reliable, compassionate - and most importantly, available when you need him. But the best advice I can give is to TRUST him. Put yourself in his hands, commit to the complete program he provides, and together you will regain strength, energy, health, and for some, life itself. Joe will be your companion and guide with you along the way. And like me, you will be forever grateful."
